International Colloquium on the Origin and Fate of Angolan Slaves 1st edition

The 1st edition of the International Colloquium on the Origin and Fate of Angolan Slaves (Colóquio Internacional Sobre a Origem e Destino dos Escravos Angolanos) is scheduled to take place on 1 and 2 December in Luanda. It covers several sectors and requires an invitation for access.

Kizomba International Festival 1st edition

The Kizomba International Festival, in its 1st edition, aims to boost the growth and projection of the Kizomba brand, both locally and internationally. It also seeks to identify new players, aiming to expand the community of practitioners and promoting the richness of the Angolan cultural identity.
Set for 23 to 28 November in Luanda Bay, this multi-sectoral event is promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MINCULTUR – Ministério da Cultura e Turismo) in conjunction with the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP – Ministério da Economia e Planeamento).

Expo Tourism 1st edition

It aims also to create a favorable environment for business development, networking, business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) sessions, which connect tour operators with other market players.
Scheduled to take place from 19 to 21 November 2023, this edition objective is to promote Angolan tourism by maximising the country’s natural wealth and converting it into attractive products and services. In addition, the purpose is to create a favorable environment for business development, networking and B2B and B2C sessions, connecting tour operators with other market players.
Access to the exhibition requires prior registration and obtaining a ticket. With the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MINCULTUR – Ministério da Cultura e Turismo) as promoter and the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP – Ministério da Economia e Planeamento) as coordinator, Expo Turismo represents a valuable opportunity to boost the domestic tourism sector and create synergies between various stakeholders.

Expo Made in Angola 2nd edition

The 2nd edition of the Made in Angola Expo (Expo Feito em Angola) will take place from 14 to 18 November in the Luanda-Bengo, Special Economic Zone (ZEE – Zona Económica Especial).
Access to the event requires prior registration and obtaining a ticket. Promoted by the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP – Ministério da Economia e Planeamento), the Made in Angola Expo is organised by Eventos Arena.
By highlighting national achievements and products Made in Angola, this event contributes to the country’s economic growth while fostering partnerships and commercial opportunities.

International Colloquium on Territorial Planning and Cities of the Future 1st edition

This colloquium plays a key role in promoting a constructive debate on clear ideas and strategies for territorial development, with the aim of fostering harmonious and sustainable growth of the cities of the future.
This multi-sectoral event will provide a space for comprehensive discussion, addressing vital issues related to territorial planning and the future of cities. Participation in the colloquium requires prior registration and obtaining an access ticket.
The International Colloquium on Territorial Planning and Future Cities is promoted by the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Housing (MINOPUH – Ministério das Obras Públicas, Urbanismo e Habitação) and coordinated by the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA – Ministério da Energia e Águas).
With a focus on promoting sustainable and innovative strategies for urban development, this event will play a crucial role in sharing knowledge and creating a constructive dialogue between diverse stakeholders.

Blue Economy Forum 1st edition

The 1st edition of the Blue Economy Forum, scheduled to take place from 26 to 28 October in the city of Benguela, aims to promote the economic potential of the Angolan sea and strengthen business partnerships.
By highlighting the blue economy, the initiative purpose is not only to increase the knowledge of companies and the public about the inherent benefits, but also to draw attention to the importance of maintaining a balance between economic activity and the long-term preservation of ocean ecosystems.
To access the forum, you need to register and purchase a ticket. The Ministry of Fisheries and the Sea (MINPERMAR – Ministério das Pescas e Recursos Marinhos) acts as the promoter, while the Ministry of Environment and Energy (MEP – Ministério da Economia e Planeamento) plays the role of coordinator. Events Arena oversees the organisation.
The Blue Economy Forum represents a valuable opportunity to explore and discuss sustainable ways to exploit marine resources, boosting economic development while protecting marine ecosystems.

1st edition of the Construction Materials Fair

This event becomes a major attraction factor, boosting sales and investments in the national manufacturing industry, focusing on both domestic and foreign markets. 
Scheduled to take place between 25 and 28 October, the Construction Materials Fair will take place in the Special Economic Zone (ZEE – Zona Económica Especial) of Luanda-Bengo.
The fair is promoted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MINDCOM – Ministério da Indústria e Comércio Angola) and coordinated by Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP – Ministério da Economia e Planeamento), with the organisation in charge of Eventos Arena.
Through this multi-sectoral event, various stakeholders will have the opportunity to explore and present the latest news and advances in the field of construction materials, contributing to the development of the industry and the economic growth of the country.

International Trade Fair on Circular Economy 1st edition

The main objective of this fair is to promote the reuse and smart recovery of available resources, aiming to exploit nature in a sustainable way.
By bringing together different sectors, the event provides a platform for sharing knowledge, ideas and practices related to the circular economy, highlighting the importance of a more efficient and sustainable use of natural resources.
This outstanding event is scheduled to take place on 14-16 September in the city of Namibe. To participate, it is necessary to register in advance and obtain an access ticket. The International Fair on Circular Economy is promoted by the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP – Ministério da Economia e Planeamento) and coordinated by this same entity.

Expo Huíla 20th edition

Expo Huíla is an event that aims to promote the economic potential of the province, covering various sectors, such as agriculture, industry, fisheries, and tourism. This exhibition plays a key role in highlighting and boosting the region’s capabilities, taking advantage of its geographical location to establish business partnerships that are advantageous for Angola.
Scheduled for 22 to 27 August, Expo Huíla will take place in the picturesque town of Nossa Senhora do Monte, in the city of Lubango. To participate in this enriching event, interested parties must fulfil the access form, which consists of prior registration and obtaining an entrance ticket.

Expo Mulher 4th edition

Expo Mulher (Expo Woman) pays tribute to the multifaceted nature of Angolan women, both in their personal, professional, and family lives, and addresses topics on work, health, fashion, and entrepreneurship, all developed by women.
This exhibition promotes agricultural technology, offers training, and presents innovative solutions for agribusiness, with a focus on women. The idea is to increase productivity and, consequently, boost the sale of their products. In addition, the event aims to present specific financial products for women-led projects.
The 4th edition of Expo Mulher – a multi-sectoral event promoted by the Ministry of Social Action, Family and Promotion of Women (MASFAMU – Ministério da Acção Social, Família e Promoção da Mulher), and coordinated by the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP – Ministério da Economia e Planeamento) – will take place from 14 to 18 August in Luanda Bay, offering free access and being organised by Eventos Arena.
